Mr. Holdsworth is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of The Holdsworth Group, LLC (“THG”). THG is a principal investor in a variety of investment categories such as real estate, public and private equities, credit, and other alternative investments sourced by the Firm. THG also advises other family offices and companies on investment strategy and general business issues. Mr. Holdsworth is the Chairman and co-CIO of THG Securities Advisors, LLC, which is an investment firm focused on public securities of all types, including equity and debt securities and other instruments and products. Mr. Holdsworth was formerly a Co-Founder, Managing Partner and Operating Partner of Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC (“TCP”), a Los Angeles-based private investment firm that had approximately $9.0 billion of capital under management when it was acquired by BlackRock, Inc. in 2018. Mr. Holdsworth has extensive experience investing in the equity or debt of companies in transition in a variety of industries. He is the former Chairman of TCP’s Investment Committee and the former CEO of several of TCP’s funds. Mr. Holdsworth is a graduate of Pomona College with a B.A. in Physics, the California Institute of Technology with a B.S. (Honors) in Engineering and Applied Science, and the Harvard Business School. He currently serves as a Director of Parsons Corporation, (NYSE: PSN) a publicly traded worldwide engineering and digitally-enabled solutions provider focused on the defense, security and critical infrastructure markets. He is also the Chairman of RF Industries, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RFIL) a public company that manufactures cabling and connectors for the telecom industry and a member of the Board of Directors of PlantsExpress.com, an online plant and tree provider. He is also a former National Trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and he is the former Chairman of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences Chair’s Council at Caltech. Mr. Holdsworth is the Chairman of The First Tee of Greater Pasadena, a Trustee of Polytechnic School in Pasadena, and a guest lecturer on board governance at California State University – Los Angeles.
Mr. Blair is the Founder and Managing Partner of ACC and has over 28 years of experience in private equity and consulting. Prior to ACC, Bob led KCB Private Equity for 16 years and served on KCB’s Investment Committee for private equity and real estate. Previously Bob served as the lead director on the board of directors of Thriftbooks.com, the largest e-commerce retailer of media, Spiral, a leading provider of document finishing solutions, and Kadel’s Auto Body, the largest collision service provider in the Pacific Northwest. Bob also served as a board director for mPower Technology, an innovative commercial space solar technology company. Bob graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Accounting with highest honors and earned an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business, where he received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence. Bob is also a CPA(inactive).
Prior to joining THG, Mr. Levenick was a Principal of Taconic Capital Partners, LP (“Taconic”), a multi-billion dollar New York-based private investment firm. Mr. Levenick co-managed the firm’s London-based European operations and was Portfolio Manager for European Equities investing, where focus areas included consumer products, retail, and general industries. He also established and oversaw Taconic’s public and private investment efforts in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and Argentina, where focus areas included education and logistics. While at Taconic, Mr. Levenick also developed extensive experience in special situations and cross-asset class investing. Mr. Levenick spent 18 years at Taconic, after joining the firm in 2002 as a research associate. Prior to his career at Taconic, Mr. Levenick worked at J.P. Morgan in investment banking. Mr. Levenick is a former Director of Barnes and Noble Education (NYSE: BNED). Mr. Levenick graduated from Harvard College magna cum laude with a degree in History and Literature (Medieval). He resides with his family in Southern California. They support a number of educational, outdoor, and local philanthropies in the US and UK.

As the leader of the USC Marshall Family Business Program, he leverages over 30 years of experience in driving growth, efficiency, and stability in privately held companies. Previously, Ken served as President and CEO of six private equity-backed companies across various industries, all facing critical business challenges. His expertise lies in building high-performing teams and using data-driven strategies to enhance profitability. Ken has developed a structured approach to managing change, addressing growing pains, and navigating market stress. His proven toolkit—spanning due diligence, strategic planning, operational management, and performance optimization—helps businesses streamline operations and accelerate growth. Now, he is focused on applying this expertise to support family-owned and privately held businesses, ensuring both financial success and strong family dynamics.
Mr. Brandt has been an active real estate investor in office, multifamily, and debt investments where he has held leadership positions over his career at many investment banks and private equity firms. Mr. Brandt previously was a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Bank in Los Angeles where he was the National Originations Director for Wells Fargo’s CMBS business. While working at institutions such as Wells Fargo Bank, Trust Company of the West, JP Morgan, Greenwich Capital, and Menlo Equities, Mr. Brandt has successfully led and built investment teams and lent and invested over $35 billion in real estate transactions. Mr. Brandt was a member of the Board of Directors of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate as well as a Governor of the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is Chairman of the Stanford Professionals in Real Estate, the largest alumni association at Stanford University. He is a Trustee for life of the Huntington Hospital in Pasadena where he is Chairman of its Finance and Investment Committee helping manage the Hospital’s $800 million endowment. He holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and a Masters degree from MIT in commercial real estate. He is married, has two children, and currently resides in Laguna Beach, CA.
